We dispatch every box of candy with care and attention. Most deliveries arrive within 3–5 working days, and you'll receive a tracking link so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
We offer free standard shipping on every order over £20. Express chocolate and sweet delivery options are available at checkout.
If your selection isn't quite right, you can return your order within 30 days for a full refund. Items should be returned unused in their original packaging.
If your confectionery order ever arrives damaged, let us know immediately and we'll replace it straight away at no cost.
